Looking Back!
As the year comes to a close (as with each year), I like taking time to reflect on the things I've done, and didn't do.
It's been a pretty cool year for comics. I made 2 small one shots (What's In a Name and She's My Rock), and still haven't given up on working on Subway Creatures. I lost A LOT of progress on it after accidentally deleting it during the summer, but I'm 98% caught up with where I left off, and I'm way prouder of my artwork for it now. I guess the setback helped me to come back harder.
I also participated in my first game jam. I made Feed the Beast in 48 hours! I made all of the art, and coded everything myself. It was a ton of fun.
Looking Ahead!
With all of that, I now look ahead to 2025. I have already written out my goals for the new year in my journal, both personal, professional, and creative. In short, and to keep it super simple, I want to continue to make goofy stuff (comics, games, more!), and be a better member of the communities I am a part of. Hope I can stick with it all!
If you're reading this, I hope you're proud of the work you've done thus far, and that you continue to do the things you want to do in the new year!
Thanks for rocking with me! Keep making!
