Just like that, RIP TIKTOK
After the "ban"...
Yeah, I was one of the unlucky folks to uninstall TikTok when it got "banned". Much to my dismay, it was "unbanned" but not re-uploaded to the app store. I'm out of luck.
On a more positive note, things have been going well in regards to my creative work. I was able to finish the batch of 10 pages I set out to complete this month pretty early...and have started working on the next batch. If all goes well, I should have 48 pages done by the end of February.
In addition to this, this batch of pages is the most ambitious batch of pages I've ever attempted to do. There are so many things I'm asking myself "HOW WILL I DRAW THAT?". But, I'm maintaining my delusion that I'll figure it out when I get there. I've already figured out a 2 page spread, so the rest will follow...I hope.
My other side-project thing is also coming along nicely too. While still in the ideation phase, I think I've settled on what the purpose of the project will be, and what services I will provide. I had a moment this past week where I was spiraling, trying to make a triangle peg fit into a square hole...but then reminded myself that I don't need to have all the answers now...I just need to have something, and then I can iterate later. That gave me the confidence I need to move forward. The next step with that project is making a website - I plan to have a working prototype running and on the internet by the end of February. Wish me luck.
COMIC WORK
I'll show off one image I'm particularly proud of from the previous batch of pages - next to the thumbnail version of it.

As I mentioned earlier, progress is happening. I'll keep going. Hopefully will have all of chapter 1 done by March, and will begin posting monthly in April.
Thanks for rocking with me, and I'll catch y'all in the next update.
Keep making!
