In a tale of ambition, envy, and betrayal, an office worker grows resentful as a coworker repeatedly wins the desired, “Employee of the Month” award. When a new chance arises to claim the title, he becomes determined to outdo his rival, going as far as to conduct some “personal research” to gain the upper hand. One thing leads to another, and he winds up stealing his co-worker’s wife, and taking home the Employee of the Month award (for the following month). As he lays to rest, he has to confront the hard question…. “Was it worth it?”
